About Us
Adoro Lei is an Italian Café created by Chef Mario Gentile, Entrepreneur Rick Froio and Designer Michael DiBugnara. “Adoro” as it is affectionately known, is built for a casual outing of deliciousness and vibes.
Gentile's menu is filled with award-winning brick oven pizza, creative and classic pasta dishes, fresh salads and more. Trained under Michelin-Star Chef Enrico Derflingher, the current chairman of Euro-Toques International, Gentile delivers on the standard of quality ingredients with distinct flavors but priced for everyone to enjoy.
Mixologist and James Beard recipient Elayne Duff designed the cocktail menu. Duff has created cocktails for some of New York City's finest restaurants, including Le Bernardin.
DiBugnara designed a space where the vibes are always inspiring adoration and photo opportuties! The art on the walls are commissioned pieces by the artist Dessie Jackson and floral art by Lutfi Janania combine for a gorgeous environment to eat a slice of pizza.
Put perfectly by Zagat “Offering a menu built to share, this cool Hudson Square Italian turns out excellent pizzas in classic and New Age varieties along with fancy bar food to accompany the delicious cocktails; a chic comfy space manned by dedicated staffers completes the memorable picture."

This place is SO authentic and the staff was amazing! I haven't had good, real Italian food since I visited Italy last summer and let me tell you...it was just as good. We had the burrata, a couple of pastas, and the ''Niccollo'' pizza, all a 10/10.

Saw this beautiful fall display with an amazing wine, and pizza menu. Decided it's wine o'clock somewhere, and a nice small pie take home would definitely end the day on a high note.

This place is great for groups. The food is excellent and they have good set menus for a reasonable price with open bar packages as well. The rice balls, meatball sliders, and pizzas are all excellent. Their penne vodka is EXCELLENT as well. It's got a great vibe and good cocktails
